songyc macbook 0c87375d53 docs(claude): add missing -widgetRenderMode arg + seedDemo streak precondition

- §14 설정/기타 행에 코드에는 있으나 표에 빠져 있던 -widgetRenderMode accented|vibrant 보충
- §14 seedDemo 기대값(아침 루틴 연속 1일)에 실행 시각 전제 명시 — 시드 기록이 고정 시각이라 오전 7:30 이전 실행 시 연속 0일이 정상 (전수 점검 중 새벽 실행에서 확인)
