songyc macbook 28e649c2de chore(git): untrack Expiranner xcuserdata (already gitignored)

루트 .gitignore의 **/xcuserdata/ 규칙보다 먼저 커밋돼 계속 추적되던
Expiranner의 Xcode 사용자 상태 파일(UserInterfaceState.xcuserstate,
xcschememanagement.plist)을 인덱스에서만 제거 — 로컬 파일은 유지되고
이후 변동이 git status에 잡히지 않는다.
